We offer full assistance in the sampling and manufacturing process — from idea to final garment — working closely with trusted factories in Italy and Portugal.
Whether you’re making a hoodie, a pair of cargos, a reversible jacket or a full collection, we’ll guide you through every phase.

🧪 PHASE 1 — SAMPLING

1. Design & Development

You send us:

  • Sketches, mockups or references

  • Notes about fit, materials, details

  • (Optional: tech pack / pattern)

We can help create or refine your Tech Pack and Pattern.

2. Pattern Creation

We develop:

  • Digital pattern (DXF/PDF)

  • Grading across sizes

  • Seam allowances + construction logic

  • Fabric layout plans (if needed)

3. Sample Production

We coordinate the first prototype with the factory:

  • Fabric & trim sourcing

  • Label design & placements

  • Sample sewn and shipped to you

  • You give feedback (fit, construction, finishing)

🔁 Up to 2 sample rounds can be done if needed.

🧵 PHASE 2 — PRODUCTION

4. Final Adjustments

Once the sample is approved:

  • We finalize the pattern

  • Apply corrections (if any)

  • Confirm trims, packaging, colors, sizing

5. Bulk Production

We manage:

  • Material orders

  • Fabric cutting

  • Sewing + finishing

  • Quality check & final packaging

6. Shipping to You or Your Warehouse
